Michał Owerczuk is a manager and consultant with nearly 20 years of international experience in retail, e-commerce, and consumer goods. He combines strategic expertise gained at Boston Consulting Group (including as a Partner) with hands-on operating experience leading P&L, growth, and transformation in digital businesses. His approach blends rigorous analysis with practical execution, developed through roles spanning strategy consulting, finance, and general management.
Advises leadership teams on growth strategy, commercial transformation, and M&A in retail and consumer goods, with focus on e-commerce and omnichannel capabilities.
As E-commerce Director and Management Board Member, transformed the online channel, delivering accelerated revenue growth and improved profitability.
